We build them for therapy, we build them to last. STRUCTURE warranty of our Quest and 2500-3000 series spas are 20 years. Surface warranty is 7 years. PARTS and labor are covered for 5 years each. Most importantly, they are not prorated. To ensure your total comfort, we considered every detail of your warranty as thoughtfully as the spa itself. So it's no surprise that our warranty is the best in the hot tub business. Our 20 year structural warranty on your shell is the only one that is not prorated. And the 7 year surface warranty is also not prorated plus you'll receive a 5 year warranty on parts and labor. 20-7-5-5. Our Harmony series carries a 12-8-3-3 warranty.
